Genotype Search Tool

This search tool can be used to obtain a subset of genotypic data from some of our large genotypic data sets. These data sets include maize HapMapV1 and V2, MaizeSNP50 Bead Chip (aka  55K SNP array) genotypes for our "maize 282" association panel, and the 1144 traditional SNPs from our original NAM map. The search allows you to specify a chromosomal region and/or taxa (sample) subset of interest.

A similar search tool specifically for our GBS genotypes is available here.

Complete genotypic data sets (containing all chromosomes and taxa) are available for download as flat files here.
